Responsibilities

- Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Securing reputed company trailing documents from customers and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and verifying customer information
- Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
- Taking premium payments from customers and maintaining accurate records
- Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information
- Returning reputed company phone messages promptly and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining knowledge of new products and staying up-to-date on industry developments
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To reside in California (CA) and be available to work remotely
