Why You'll Love This Role

As a reputed company Engineer, you'll be the primary post-sales customer reputed company, responsible for ensuring adoption and value realization for our customers. You'll act as a highly technical, trusted advisor, working closely with customers to understand their use cases and business outcomes. Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders, including partners and internal teams, to drive reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a trusted, strategic, and technical advisor to customers, driving the entire reputed company lifecycle from onboarding to expansion

• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management to drive Enablement, Adoption, and Value plans among other customer-centric initiatives
• Drive adoption and value while inspiring/discovering additional opportunities for arenaflex

• Track metrics and other customer-specific information with the arenaflex reputed company Platform to ensure maximum observability of our customer reputed company and awareness of signs of customer distress/success
• Continually reputed company, mentor, and coach team members as an integral piece of the Customer Experience organization

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years in a reputed company function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales with passion for reputed company, an engineering-first approach, and reputed company for customer outcomes and value

• A customers-first reputed company with great communication and relationship management skills that can manage customer expectations through being empathetic and listening to our customers
• Proven track record and experience working with large reputed company enterprises and developing relationships in a high growth environment
• Proven track record and experience as an engineer working with large reputed company enterprises and developing relationships in a high-growth environment
• Experience with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and reputed company with a deep understanding of managing data pipelines through the entire data lifecycle
• Proven ability to drive reputed company product value by developing new use-cases relating to reducing, reusing, enriching, and routing data to reputed company customer outcomes
• Quick learner with strong engineering and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%-20%)
• You live in the San Francisco Bay Area, preferably North Bay (City, Oakland, San Mateo areas)

Bonus Points/Preferred Qualifications:

* Data Engineering/Analytics platform administrator/architect experience (i.e. Splunk, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)

Salary Range

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.
