Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed promptly. You will be the go-to resource for our customers, fostering positive relationships, and delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for parent-clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Fostering long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations
  • Addressing parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner
  • Serving as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls
  • Collaborating with our team to build scalable systems and processes that ensure a seamless customer journey

Work Hours and Environment

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere that suits you best. Our work hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time), and you will be expected to be available during this time to respond to customer inquiries and provide support.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about learning and growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service or customer-facing experience, preferably in an education or technology-related field
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential
