Sr. Manager, Engineering - Build Experience (Remote Eligible)

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Engineering to reputed company our Build Experiences team. reputed company builds full-stack user experiences to help customers create solutions in reputed company. You will collaborate with other engineering leaders, product managers and design leaders through the entire software development lifecycle. You will report to our Director, Engineering located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from reputed company in the US where reputed company is a registered employer. You Will:

• Focus on team members and coaching them to play to their strengths, grow and deliver peak performance
• Focuses on individual and team needs to foster a positive culture consistent with reputed company values.
• Review team's designs and provide feedback on deployment safety, reputed company, scale, performance, and reputed company
• Guide and mentor team members regarding architecture and best practices
• Analyze feature sets for market effectiveness: promote appropriate feedback and discussions with Product and Design
• Analyze feature sets for implementation efficiency and performance: facilitates feedback and discussions with Product and Design
• Create strong partnership with product management and other essential areas of the business
• Actively participate in recruiting

You Have:

• 8+ years software development experience
• 4+ years previous management experience
• Experience building scalable, high available customer-facing cloud applications
• Experience building or managing full stack teams
• Experience building teams including, recruiting and retention
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• AWS or other Cloud experience
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field or equivalent practical experience
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis

Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.
