Data Analytics Intern - Customer Experience (Summer 2026)

The Opportunity We are looking for a curious, detailed-oriented Data Analytics intern to support our Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to how customer feedback and data are collected, analyzed and transformed into insights that influence business decisions. We provide the opportunity for a flexible work arrangement with defined days in our downtown Cincinnati office and working from home. Job Responsibilities
- Support the collection, organization, and analysis of customer feedback from surveys (i.e. NPS, CSAT, CES), reviews and other VoC sources.
- Assist in identifying themes, trends, and insights from qualitative and quantitative customer data.
- Help maintain and improve the VoC reporting and documentation.
- Contribute to CX storytelling by summarizing insights for presentations and internal communications.
- Support CX initiatives and projects that improve customer journeys and experiences.
- Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and update charts and visualizations to communicate insights clearly.
- Assist in data validation, cleanup and organization to ensure accuracy.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- May reputed company other administrative/support tasks including maintaining databases, data entry, reporting, maintaining files, photocopying, imaging, mail, and/or supply functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Entering at least 2nd year of higher education pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Data Science or a reputed company discipline.
- Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.
- Strong interest in customer experience, data analysis and problem-solving.
- Able to work at least 20 hours per week during normal business hours, but we can offer up to full time hours.
