[Remote] Online Success Coach | Academic Advisor - REMOTE

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Concorde Career Colleges is seeking an Online Success Coach to positively impact the lives of reputed company by guiding them through their educational paths. The role involves assisting reputed company in overcoming challenges, developing educational plans, and providing support for online learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct First Day Workshops as necessary for new reputed company
• Closely monitor new reputed company for appropriate activity in online and blended courses
• Assist reputed company in developing educational plans and strategies to improve student success
• Monitor individual student reputed company by utilizing tracking and reporting systems
• Actively prepare for and participate in reputed company meetings addressing student success
• Provide reputed company with troubleshooting support for Canvas, third-party tools, and/or other academic challenges
• Assist reputed company with troubleshooting and training for both Canvas and third-party teaching tools
• Provide training and coaching to reputed company to reputed company efficient and engaging online teaching methods, tools, and strategies
• Assist the reputed company Support Center and the Academic Dean with the course review process to evaluate instructor activity and effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with Student Affairs and other departments to identify and recommend appropriate services designed to address student needs
• Compile information on program services, activities, and reputed company. Maintain accurate, organized, completed, and detailed records and reputed company and maintain reports as required or assigned
• Maintain open communication between Dean, PD’s, and Student Affairs to identify high-risk reputed company
• Continuously monitor academically at-risk reputed company and recorded activities, reputed company and communications reputed company the student management system
• Maintain an encouraging, supportive, and positive attitude
• Proctor examinations as needed
• Track and document reputed company work and support activities to permit analysis of areas for improvement
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum of an associate degree, bachelor's degree preferred, and experience in reputed company field
• Teaching experience and experience with online learning/learning systems required
• Experience working with adult learners, first reputed company reputed company, and reputed company from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledgeable in human dynamics: Understanding the needs and challenges of our reputed company
• Strong organizational skills: Managing various aspects of student affairs
• Ability to interact effectively: Build relationships with reputed company, faculty, and staff
• Strong telephone communication skills: Connecting with reputed company and addressing their needs
