You will partner with Product to identify the latest industry trends, ensuring we deliver launch-day support for hot new models and drive the growth of our open-reputed company community. • Champion the optimal model development experience by collaborating with stakeholders to influence the development of necessary libraries and tooling.

What you bring to the table:

• 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record of building high-performing collaborative teams of 5+ engineers.
• 4+ years of technical experience as a technical reputed company / contributor in the field of AI and software engineering.
• In-depth understanding of deep learning, especially LLMs.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and ability to exercise sound judgment to identify appropriate solutions and tools, while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
• Proficiency in Pythons, plus familiarity with frameworks such as MAX, Pytorch, or vLLM.

The estimated reputed company salary range for this role to be performed in Canada, regardless of the province, is $229,000.00 - $280,000.00 CAD.
