Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Experience Concierge to join reputed company. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our network brokers, vendors, and clients. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from reputed company in the United States and enjoy the flexibility and autonomy that comes with it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties for our clients reputed company our reputed company database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Communicate with our Relocation Directors to provide specific listing details and ensure timely follow-up
  • Review documentation to determine the condition of properties and request repair bids from our partnered vendors as needed
  • Act as a facilitator between our clients and vendors regarding bid approvals, counters, and declined bids
  • Communicate reputed company details pertaining to repairs with our Relocation Directors and ensure proactive follow-up to ensure timely completion
  • Review broker updates for action needed and review inspection details to determine if additional repairs, credits, or concessions are requested and/or required
  • Follow up on each property in your portfolio until the property has closed, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in real estate or a reputed company field
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Digital literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems, including reputed company
  • Strong attention to detail and planning and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to relate to our clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner, embracing diversity and inclusion
  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate knowledge and experience, with a strong understanding of the residential real estate industry
