About the Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Team

We focus on developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Operations, RME, ACES, Supply Chain, Transportation, WW Design, and more, to deliver robust products that effectively integrate into the arenaflex network. reputed company works on industrial hardware and control machines, such as robotic cells, autonomous vehicles, sortation, packing technologies, and packaging materials. As a Quality Assurance Engineer on this team, you will partner with Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Teams, and internal customers to ensure new solutions meet their requirements and drive high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Testing & Simulation Quality Assurance Engineer at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing, and executing virtual system test plans (simulations) to validate system-level requirements, meet customer deliverables, and ensure integrated system performance across reputed company sub-components.
• Virtually ensuring that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support prior to delivery.
• Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and communicating them to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams.
• Coordinating simulations and testing processes, identifying and analyzing issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, and recommending and facilitating solutions to these issues.
• Connecting with internal customers, reviewing client, customer, and user feedback, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise.
• Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and reputed company automation equipment.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites.

Preferred Qualifications
