Job Overview

As a liaison to the key account group, you will ensure an exceptional customer service experience, efficient order management, and proactive sales support for the off-premise key account universe, with a heavy focus on the Bottle King stores. Your objective will be to enhance relationships, minimize errors, drive reputed company growth, and maintain consistency and reliability in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reputed company support to address customers' needs, concerns, and issues, demonstrating reputed company and a customer-centric approach in reputed company interactions reputed company email, phone, and other communication channels.
