Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative on our Answer Team, you'll serve as a single reputed company of contact for our clients, responding to their service requests and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be responsible for delivering reputed company resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call, letter, or email from the client.
