The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing technical support and guidance on how to get the most out of our software. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to customers reputed company email, phone, or chat
- Troubleshooting reputed company technical issues reputed company to the arenaflex software
- Collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues
- Identifying and documenting bugs or issues in the arenaflex software
- Developing technical documentation for internal and external use
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot reputed company technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve customer issues and improve the arenaflex software
- Identify and document bugs or issues in the arenaflex software

What Makes You a Great Fit?
* At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose reputed company technical issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and customer support software such as reputed company, Intercom, or reputed company
- Experience with cloud-based software and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company Cloud is a plus!
