Job Summary
As a Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing projects reputed company to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers. You'll reputed company and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives, utilizing advanced business analysis skills and database tools to drive innovative and customer-centric results. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain positive and effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular reputed company
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution
- Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Directly reputed company experience may offset degree requirements
- Directly reputed company advanced degrees may offset experience requirements
Preferred Qualifications
* Master Export Specialist (MES) – Customs Broker License
- Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six reputed company, Total Quality Management or reputed company
- Coordination of reputed company and ocean shipments – including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking
- Customs import controls and clearance experience
- Certified Export Specialist (CES)
