Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting reputed company components of the order process, from quote and order placement to shipment and post-delivery needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers in a polite and professional manner reputed company various communication mediums, including phone calls, email, chat (text and video), face-to-face communication, and other channels as assigned
  • Supporting reputed company components of the order process, including order entry, return process, and customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adhere to processes and procedures
  • Successful in working both reputed company a team and/or independently
  • Problem solver with a great customer service attitude
  • Accuracy with a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Confident using a variety of computer applications
