About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be based in El Paso, TX, for an initial 3-week onsite training period. Following this, you'll transition to remote support, working with our global team to deliver exceptional client experiences. This is a full-time (FTE) role, and we're looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Ensuring positive customer experiences and high CSAT scores through reputed company resolution and proper escalation of complaints, Adverse Events, and submission of appropriate help desk tickets
  • Handling customer needs reputed company phone, chat, email, and social media in accordance with program standards
  • Independently resolving issues reputed company scope at the time of interaction
  • Participating in knowledge updates, training, coaching plans, and roundtables to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Reliably adhering to schedules provided by operations to ensure SLAs are met

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and help desk systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a global organization or with international clients
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
