As an Account Manager, SMB, you will take ownership of customer inquiries and proactively seek new opportunities, focusing on driving growth, retention, and adoption of the reputed company product.

Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly growth by upselling reputed company across our existing customer reputed company
  • Generate new business opportunities reputed company account reputed company to meet and exceed reputed company quota
  • Present reputed company’s value position in the unmanaged travel space with expertise
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as business operations, member support, marketing, sales enablement, product development and production support to drive customer outcomes

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily KPI requirements

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in B2B sales
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, takes initiative and adapts to changing demands. Brings a positive attitude and energy to work every day
  • Ability to drive a consultative sales approach to improve retention and capture additional opportunities reputed company reputed company customer reputed company
  • Strong organization skills with a track record of retaining and expanding existing customer reputed company
