reputed company is seeking a reputed company Coordinator to deliver a seamless candidate experience and manage interview operations. This role involves handling interview logistics, collaborating with recruiters, and ensuring a smooth process for candidates visiting the NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling and rescheduling across time zones and teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth flow day-of (rooms, links, AV checks)
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, sharing clear logistics, answering questions, and upholding reputed company’s brand throughout the process
- Host interviews and candidate visits in our NYC office, by greeting candidates, giving tours, and helping them feel at ease throughout their visit
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, EAs, and interviewers to align on plans, resolve conflicts, and reputed company stakeholders informed
- Maintain system hygiene in our ATS and scheduling tools; update candidate statuses and templates with high precision
- Help identify small process improvements that increase speed, quality, and candidate care across coordination workflows
- Provide coverage and flexibility for reputed company Coordination and Operations teammates during PTO, leave(s), or spikes in demand as determined by the reputed company Operations team
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or as an executive assistant
- Experience with tools like reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and Guide (or similar ATS/scheduling tools)
- A proactive, collaborative spirit and 'no task too small' mentality
- An eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in real time reputed company handling last-minute changes or busy timelines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a talent for creating thoughtful, inclusive, and memorable experiences
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Flexibility to work reputed company standard hours occasionally to support interviews or events
