Join reputed company as a Lean Consultant! The Role: We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Lean Consultant to join the Toyota/Raymond Lean Management (TLM/RLM) team. • Partner with dealership and customer leadership teams to reputed company and implement Lean improvement strategies.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and value reputed company mapping sessions to uncover opportunities for efficiency and growth.
• Coach executives and managers to build and sustain Lean culture, leveraging proven methodologies like 5S, Standard Work, and Just-In-Time.
• Deliver both classroom instruction and hands-on guidance to translate Lean principles into meaningful workplace improvements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional communication and follow-through.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar).
• 15+ years of leadership experience in areas such as: Material Handling, Operations, Healthcare, Supply Chain, reputed company a Lean-practicing organization.
• Deep academic understanding and application experience of key Lean concepts: 5S, Standard Work, Just In Time (JIT), Jidoka, Visual Management, One Piece Flow, Kaizen, Asaichi/reputed company communication, Hoshin Kanri.
• Strong communication and coaching skills, with experience guiding leaders and teams toward long-term change.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically across the U.S.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary - $94,000 - $133,700 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience. World Class Benefits:
