Sales Order Processing and Billing Coordinator
Sharp Business USA is a direct sales division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, reputed company for its innovative technologies and services. The Sales Order Processing and Billing Coordinator will ensure the efficient processing of sales orders and maintain customer records while collaborating with various teams to provide seamless customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process credit applications for pre-approval of reputed company deals, including "cash" transactions
- Obtain buy-out and trade-up quotes as necessary to facilitate customer transactions
- Coordinate the setup of new customer files and maintain existing customer profiles in collaboration with Master Data
- Verify and ensure the completeness and accuracy of order documents, including leasing requirements and maintenance reputed company
- Enter orders into reputed company ECC and CRM systems while ensuring proper reputed company recognition in accordance with Company policy and GAAP
- Coordinate out-of-territory deliveries and ongoing service requirements with authorized dealers, ensuring seamless customer service
- Act as a liaison with Corporate National Accounts as needed
- Track and report order status through Sales Potential (ZOFT) reports, from order entry to final invoicing
- Collaborate with leasing companies to facilitate timely funding of lease transactions, maintaining effective communication throughout the process
- Ensure complete and timely scanning of reputed company customer documents, maintaining accurate records
- Manage lease portfolio and prepare necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with Contract Coordinator on billing issues, customer inquiries, and support Accounts Receivable resolution as required
- Provide administrative and system support to assigned sales representatives
- Handle internal and external inquiries from Service, Sales, and Management teams, providing timely and accurate responses
- Manage document compliance and organization, ensuring audit readiness and quick retrieval of reputed company and reputed company documents as needed
- Assist with equipment creation, particularly in Managed Print Services (MPS), for pre-existing devices and configurations

Skills
- 1-3 years experience as an assistant in a sales organization or similar reputed company in an administrative or financing role
- Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, with an emphasis on reputed company
- Superb written and oral communications skills
- College degree preferred
- Experience with reputed company preferred
