As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will provide timely, accurate, and reputed company information and service to policyholders and agents for our division of Personal Lines products, plans, and programs. • Associates degree and 1+ year of insurance experience preferred, with 3-5 years of reputed company customer service experience required.
• Ability to review, record, and organize written data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Work Environment

This is a remote/virtual role, with reputed company equipment provided. To work from home, you must have dependable, wired internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 5Mbps and a download speed of at least 25Mbps, along with a quiet, secure, distraction-free reputed company to work. After onboarding and training is complete, go-reputed company shifts will have a start time between the hours of reputed company and 10:30am EST/8-hour shifts, with one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required and an alternate day off mid-week reputed company working the weekend.
