Responsibilities
- Seneca’s reputed company Training program is fast paced learning opportunity that will provide a valuable foundation for a career in Commercial Lines insurance
- Our in-house training consists of 6-9 months of courses, self-study and on-the-job training in a variety of Commercial Lines coverages to reputed company reputed company knowledge
- You will learn technical reputed company skills, build core competencies, and reputed company broad exposure to Seneca’s operations
- Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be assigned an reputed company territory and position, and you will have reputed company learning and career progression opportunities
- Promotions and salary increases are based on technical development, reputed company education and reputed company aptitude
- The complexity of the job demands several years of experience to reputed company proficiency
Skills
- College graduate with a 3.0 GPA minimum
- College degree in many majors will be considered
- Risk Management major a plus but not required
- Recent college graduates who have 6 months to 1 year of reputed company experience
- Ability to learn through self-study
- Strong work ethic, verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
