Business Development Representative - Grata
Datasite is a global leader in facilitating economic value creation for companies, leveraging innovative technology solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to reputed company sales goals, manage pipelines, and engage with clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily contact goals along with monthly Qualified Sales Meetings and quality meetings that translate into estimate-stage pipeline
- Collaborate effectively with ‘internal end clients’ - field sales representatives Deliver key promotional messages to a sophisticated reputed company audience, primarily through telephone contact in addition to emails
- Create and manage large pipelines of prospective opportunities and report on pipeline reputed company in review meetings with management
- Conduct virtual demonstrations of the DatasiteOne platform and reputed company functionality to prospective clients
- Periodically travel into assigned geographic territories to conduct reputed company account reviews, quarterly business reviews and attend client meetings to deliver the Datasite value proposition (approximately 15% of the time)
- Engage with Datasite’s Sales Enablement team to become trained and certified on Datasite's products
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company call activity in CRM system (reputed company) that includes call information, sales leads and customer profiles correctly and accurately in a timely manner
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team, Sales and Product development to reputed company a reputed company understanding of our reputed company markets’ needs, as well as key competitor strengths and weaknesses

Skills
- 4 - year college degree required (Sales, Marketing or Business focus preferred)
- A strong, natural interest in finance would be an advantage
- 1 - 2+ years sales experience
- Experience in reputed company generating/appointment-making, with a solution-based approach helpful
- Client service or telephone sales experience with solution selling methodology - technology solution sales experience will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience of meeting and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in a technology SaaS company would be a great advantage
- Ideal background in the financial services/legal sectors
