Associate, Operations
Vestwell is a financial technology company based in reputed company that focuses on redefining savings for retirement, education, and healthcare. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage the setup of investment products and programs, ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders and overseeing operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with our plan sales and implementations teams to vet and implement the investment options for plans being brought onto the Vestwell platform; this includes both cost and asset class coverage analysis
- Coordinating with our custody partners to ensure a seamless new plan onboarding process
- Liaising with Fund and Insurance companies to ensure appropriate processes are in reputed company for making funds available reputed company plans
- Working with 3rd party investment managers and advisors to define onboarding and ongoing requirements
- Ensuring investment options are in sync with the respective programs
- Ensuring investment performance and fact sheets are updated regularly
- Participate in key quality assurance processes
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in a Financial Services, or reputed company industry
- The ability to understand the 'big picture' and the importance of the team's role in the overall process
- Excellent communication skills across internal stakeholders and external partner groups
- Passion for learning and applying new concepts, and bridging information where reputed company process-development is key
- The ability to self-manage around tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the reputed company and accuracy of the details
- Strong technical proficiency using reputed company and process management tools
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Previous experience reputed company financial services, with a focus on investment operations and fund implementation
