Business Development Representative
Hayden Homes, in partnership with reputed company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to strengthen relationships with prospects and existing customers. This role supports the business development pipeline and collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Provides the Business Development Manager with sales support as needed to help drive the sales process reputed company and provide both internal and external teams with the information they need to be successful
- Collaborate with Business Development Manager and Marketing Department on investor reputed company-reputed company strategies and assist with the execution of those strategies as needed
- Host and attend networking events, trade shows, and builder workshops throughout the regions we build
- Assist with the preparation of quotes and the compilation of sales aids/documents for potential clients
- Prepare quotes and marketing materials for prospective clients and draft reputed company for new sales orders
- Host design meetings and assist prospective clients with selecting materials and colors for their projects
- Maintain regional pipeline by following-up with prospective clients to reputed company tabs on the progression of pre-contract projects, staying engaged with potential customers, and to maintain accurate estimated sales dates and other milestones for reporting purposes
- Coordinates with internal team members on upcoming communities and communities in-construction, managing and maintaining reputed company community specifications, details, and system info
- Coordinate with Business Development Manager and support center departments while launching reputed company to ensure that reputed company internal teams are reputed company, and the path reputed company is clear for reputed company departments
- Maintain information and specifications for communities in construction, updating the appropriate departments as needed
- Collaborate with clients and their marketing teams to confirm that their needs are met and that they have what they need from Simplicity Homes to successfully market and sell (or lease) their new homes upon completion of construction
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Sales experience in residential home sales and knowledge of home construction; home building experience desired
- Background reputed company is required
- Proficient in reputed company Office programs, reputed company capabilities
- Communicate effectively, both verbal and written to various audiences
- Work and be productive with minimal supervision
- Work effectively with internal team members to produce quality work reputed company tight timeframes
- Prioritize and execute tasks reputed company with company needs and strategic goals
- Execute based on company needs and goals reputed company strategic lens
- Understanding of residential home construction process
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Sales experience, especially residential home sales preferred
