[Remote] Account Coordinator - Ontario

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zen Educate is a technology company transforming how schools access temporary educators. As an Account Coordinator on the US School Success team, you will ensure uninterrupted student learning by managing urgent requests and building relationships with schools and educators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for urgent morning-of requests and educator absences
• Manage the end-to-end process from initial notification to confirmed placement
• Build and maintain relationships with school staff and educators to ensure smooth and timely coverage
• reputed company strong, trust-based relationships with schools, educators (including newly onboarded ones), and internal teams
• Identify opportunities to secure additional coverage days and enhance school partnerships
• Guide newly onboarded educators through their educator journey, ensuring key milestones are met
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help educators feel confident and successful in their roles
• Collect feedback, troubleshoot issues, and optimize engagement and retention
• Maintain strong relationships with active educators to promote repeat placements
• Provide daily updates to Account Managers on follow-up items and accomplishments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and effective implementation of solutions
• Provide reputed company support for reputed company school stakeholders
• Contribute to growth efforts by supporting the creation of paraprofessional and teacher roles
• Assist in upselling Zen products and services where appropriate
• Share insights from schools and educators with the Product team to drive platform improvements

Skills

• Must be able to think quickly on your feet with minimal direction to reputed company decisions
• Ability to identify gaps in our reputed company platform and provide actionable feedback to the Product team
• Comfortable analyzing data and reporting to become a territory expert, offering insights, facts, and reputed company for growth
• Experience working on strategic projects that enhance DS team processes and growth
• Strong relationship-building skills with schools, educators (including newly onboarded), and internal teams
• A coachable, resilient self-starter who thrives on feedback and enjoys solving challenges creatively
• Positive, empathetic, and customer-focused, with a genuine passion for education and social impact
• Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
