They are seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer to join their Advanced Facilities - Electronics team in Tempe, AZ, where the role involves working on structural design projects and gaining experience in structural analysis and design under the guidance of Professional Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects that reputed company the heart of clients’ business
- Assist in the performance of structural analysis and design for projects

- Work with Designers to communicate structural requirements on reputed company and in the model
- reputed company understanding of principles of analysis and design of vertical and lateral structural systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Manage own workload and meet commitments while taking ownership of the structural scope
Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, with a clear emphasis on Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- This position is considered project site/hybrid and may require you to work in the local office, at a project site, or from your home (reputed company approximately 50 miles of site)
- Internet service with a MINIMUM speed of 25Mbps download/10Mbps upload as required to effectively meet project performance requirements (higher internet speed is recommended)
- Sponsorship is not available for this position
- MS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering
- Previous relevant internship experience in Structural Engineering, preferably with experience analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures
- Experience with STAAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
