Associate Contract Mgmt Specialist

The Associate Contract Management Specialist will partner with the sales team to build and implement solutions for customer contract management, focusing on maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers wishing to cancel, credit, or reduce reputed company
- Act as a relationship manager to an assigned sales team, supporting accounts reputed company multiple support channels to find customer resolutions

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and problem solve
- Demonstrated computer knowledge (Internet and reputed company Office suite including Word, reputed company and Outlook)
