What you'll do

• Flexibility - you will need to be able to switch from claims handling to coaching and feedback

• Increased reserve and payment authority with the ability to assist with moderate reviews
• Identify topics and trends to discuss in team Huddles and Elevated Claims Experience Workshops reputed company/co-reputed company by Team Leads, Managers, and other reputed company employees

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance claims experience in high exposure commercial general liability claims, with knowledge of reputed company Labor Law is needed
• Active adjuster license required: reputed company state license if available, otherwise a Designated Home State (DHS) license
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a preference for experience managing in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and the ability to evolve the claims systems and processes to drive reputed company efficiencies and outcomes
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
