Accounts Receivable- B2B Collections- In Office/Hybrid

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in managing customer accounts, reducing delinquency, and ensuring compliance with payment terms through effective communication and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact assigned customers for delinquent receivables and document communication to maintain account history in system of record
- reputed company successful relationships with customer contacts and sales
- Applies knowledge and understanding of individual customer accounts to reputed company and effectively handle account balance inquiries, resolve account problems, billing disputes, and other issues as needed to provide quality customer service
- Negotiate payment from delinquent customers to maintain receivables reputed company reputed company by ensuring overall compliance with credit terms
- reputed company monitoring of delinquent accounts on a daily/weekly basis to ensure compliance to payment terms and not allow any further exposure to Menzies booked balances

- Scheduling and monitoring of ongoing tasks by being accountable for managing individual workload and informing manager with workload issues to ensure work is completed on time, accurately and according to department standards and/or commitments to Business Units
