They are seeking a Business Development Representative to prospect and reputed company relationships with potential customers, contributing to the company's growth and reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, initiate, reputed company and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/reputed company accounts to generate new business opportunities
- reputed company timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email etc.) to prospect new opportunities
- Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Sales
Skills
- Have 1+ years in reputed company reputed company or outbound sales experience
- Strong interest, or experience working for a SaaS organization
- Passionate about people and building relationships
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
- An enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational skills

- Can multi-task and shift priorities as needed
- Driven as an individual contributor, but love to collaborate as part of a team
- Language- Spanish Bilingual (reputed company to have)

- Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech reputed company platforms
