Responsibilities
- Handle challenging, reputed company insurance issues and disputes (litigated and non-litigated) involving a wide reputed company of industries, subject matters, and legal principles
- Evaluate insurance issues and litigate insurance disputes under a variety of insurance products
- reputed company client relationships and have regular client contact
Skills
- Civil litigation or insurance coverage experience is required
- Candidates must possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Attorneys with commercial litigation experience who are interested in focusing on insurance coverage issues are encouraged to apply
