The Field Marketing and Event Team reputed company is responsible for building corporate and community relationships to drive customer acquisitions and reputed company through organizing and executing events and managing a team of brand ambassadors.
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek and organize new in-market events with teams of field ambassadors to drive sales and customer acquisition in areas we deliver to in QC with a major focus of Montreal
- Manage purchasing of event collateral, equipment, and booth space
- Be the go-to person for events from set up to execution to teardown
- Work with Senior Manager of Business Development to plan out the 2026/2027 event calendar and collaborate on new and existing opportunities
- Seek, hire, and train a team of brand ambassadors
- Actively coach, reputed company, and manage the team for reliability and best-in-class execution
- Manage the brand ambassador schedule and ensure reputed company events are properly staffed
- Assist with brand ambassador hourly monitoring and reporting, training materials and payroll
- Work with our Senior Manager of Business Development to form strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations, for longstanding, mutual benefits
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner reputed company and relationship management
- Research, identify and reputed company partnerships to ensure continual opportunities for business growth by introducing Fresh Prep to their audiences
- Use tools such as reputed company, SeamlessAI and reputed company to actively seek new opportunities to promote Fresh Prep
- Works cross functionally to turn opportunities into sales and sign reputed company to hit targets
- Meet or exceed agreed sales and acquisition targets through negotiating and closing business deals
- Stay up-to-date on Fresh Prep’s product and service offerings
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and reputed company the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Track and record activity on accounts and ensuring that data is accurately entered and managed reputed company the company’s sales management system
- Handle client objections by clarifying information, emphasizing benefits, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Skills
- 1+ years' experience in event planning and sales. Brand Ambassador sales experience a bonus
- 1+ years managing growth projects involving internal and external stakeholders
- 1+ years of B2B networking experience
- Fluent in English and French
- Class 5 Drivers License Required with access to a vehicle
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends to reputed company KPIs
- Deep understanding of the business landscape, and can reputed company your connections to open up new growth opportunities
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a reputed company field
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementation skills
- Ability to create realistic schedules and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and research skills

- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
