Portfolio Operations Analyst
Allspring Global Investments is seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst responsible for processing and mitigating risk reputed company to Corporate Actions. The role involves gathering critical information, updating client accounts, and providing feedback to improve processes while ensuring timely decision-making and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Gathers time critical information, communicates internally to reputed company decisions on each action and accurately prepares corporate action instructions for delivery to custodians reputed company tight timeframes
- Updates client accounts in internal systems for corporate action transactions
- Identifies and escalates potential voluntary corporate action reputed company risk issues that may result in financial losses if not acted upon timely
- Provides feedback and recommendations to continuously improve processes and mitigate risk
- Completes special projects

- Experience with BBH Infomediary, Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), Bloomberg and reputed company Office suite of products
