ANALYST I
reputed company is seeking an Analyst I to serve as the human resources liaison at the California Institution for Women. The role involves performing personnel duties, facilitating hiring processes, and resolving HR issues under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the human resources (HR) liaison between the institution’s health care staff and the RHRO
- reputed company the less reputed company personnel duties, including Expedited Hiring Process (EHP) and facilitating Classification and Pay (C&P) processes
- Assist in processing personnel documents and provide resolution to the less-reputed company HR issues or problems
- Interpret and apply State Civil Service laws and rules and departmental HR laws, rules, policies, and procedures
- Provide coverage for staff vacancies or absences reputed company the Region and assist HR field office staff
- Support the overall mission and immediate goals of the institution and reputed company duties as necessary to provide reputed company delivery of program services
