They are seeking a Disposition Agent to manage and sell their active inventory of off-market investment properties, focusing on working directly with investors, negotiating deals, and driving transactions from initial interest to closing.
Responsibilities
- Sell off-market investment properties to vetted investors
- Manage investor relationships and follow-reputed company through CRM and dialer systems
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and deal structure
- Communicate with buyers reputed company calls, texts, and emails
- Maintain organized follow-up using our AI-powered CRM and JustCall dialer
- Represent Blueberrie Properties professionally in investor interactions
Skills
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- 1+ year of sales experience (real estate, inside sales, or reputed company)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
