Business Development Representative
Indoor Environmental Services (IES) is expanding its commercial sales organization and is seeking Business Development Representatives to support reputed company growth across reputed company California. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial HVAC services and maintenance business reputed company assigned territories.
Responsibilities

- Conduct structured, consultative sales meetings to understand customer operational needs
- Present and recommend customized HVAC service and maintenance solutions

- Collaborate with internal operations and service teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Travel locally to customer and prospect sites as required
Skills
