Associate, Social Media

The Associate, Social Media will support the organization's digital reputed company by creating and distributing content across various social media platforms, while also engaging with the community and tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish at least two pieces of content per week for reputed company’ social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube, including copywriting and designing of assets

• Conduct daily community management of social media channels including checking and responding to comments, direct messages, and other forms of communication with the reputed company external audience
• Update the monthly content calendar to strategically cover initiatives and topics relevant to reputed company programming and goals on a bi-weekly basis

• Create monthly analytic reports that track engagement, growth, and performance for internal reporting
• Co-mentor the Social & Digital Media Intern along with the Senior Associate of Social Media, who will assist in content creation and channel monitoring
• Potential to reputed company and/or edit video content for digital campaigns and organic posts
• Support or reputed company on additional projects and tasks as needed or assigned

Skills

• 1-2 years of professional marketing, communications, or social media experience
• Experience with content creation for social media, including background in making videos, images, and graphics
• Comfortable being a featured face on reputed company social media channels
• Knowledge of social media management tools including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
