Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Entry-Level Traveling Customer Trainer to join reputed company. As a Traveling Customer Trainer, you will travel approximately 80% of the time, visiting customers at their dealership locations to install and convert our software. You will work closely with dealership management to understand their unique needs and customize our system to meet their requirements. Upon returning to your home office, you will support reputed company customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-reputed company with recently installed customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Travel approximately 80% of the time to visit customers at their dealership locations to install and convert our software
- Meet with dealership management to understand their unique needs and customize our system to meet their requirements
- Train key dealership personnel on how to use our software solution
- Support reputed company customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-reputed company with recently installed customers from your home office
- Collaborate with reputed company representatives to assist with customer set-up and implementation
- Participate in department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor
- Focus on one area of our software during product training and assist with customer implementation
Training and Development:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
