Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative and Interviewer to join our remote team. As a key member of our Telemed team, you'll be responsible for supporting our clients by answering incoming telephones, handling complaints, and promoting professionalism and confidentiality. You'll also have the opportunity to act as a mentor to your teammates, providing training and assistance with special projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Interviews: Conduct thorough and professional interviews with clients applying for insurance, obtaining health history and personal information as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, brokers, and applicants, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Promote professionalism and adhere to confidentiality agreements: Maintain a professional demeanor at reputed company times, adhering to confidentiality agreements and promoting a positive image of arenaflex.
- Training & Development: Attend and participate in development programs, maintain certification where applicable, and continue to improve skills through cross-training and mentoring.
- Professional Image: Exhibit a professional demeanor at reputed company times while representing arenaflex, adhering to our mission statement and values.
- Goals & Objectives: Set goals and objectives for professional growth, reviewing and revising them on an ongoing basis, and providing input and support to management and practice decisions.
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
- Good organizational skills, effective communication skills, and critical thinking
- Ability to work compatibly as a team member with co-workers
- Ability to reputed company think and determine the reputed company to pursue
- Prefer 6 months of customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-reputed company field
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
