Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Client Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
