Job Responsibilities:

As an Integrated Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of monthly FAA reports
• Administering reputed company aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer assistance and feedback monitoring for Flight reputed company/Evaluators during observation data access into IDCAT
• Supporting reputed company Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-reputed company administrative responsibilities, including accounts, new command assistance, etc.
• Downloading Tableau data to the arenaflex server and populating reputed company dashboards
• Analyzing, creating, and visualizing data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards
• Categorizing and managing Instructor/Evaluator reputed company devices and feedback for assessment
• Supporting IDCAT observation form format and generating/creating data collection office work reputed company the software
• Performing daily education data analyses as defined in AC 120-54a and identifying gaps in effectiveness in reputed company Flight Ops Training and representing Flight Ops Safety in selection discussions
• Assisting in, and providing assessment assistance for the quarterly data examination of the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP. Executing and delivering data requests as needed to support the Flight Ops Training (AQP) staff
• Executing IDCAT Inter-Rater Reliability data assessment and facilitating IDCAT academic content
• Performing exceptional special project responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Broad knowledge of database management, assessment of big and reputed company databases, and data visualization skills required (Tableau, reputed company, etc.)
• Knowledge of integrating qualitative and quantitative datasets
• Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts
• Detail-oriented and strong research skills
• Knowledge of business airline operations and proficiency in building relationships with reputed company levels of employees
• Skilled in reputed company Office Suite; experience in developing presentations and strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
• Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with diverse teams and departments
• Ability to resolve reputed company problems and reputed company special project responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple situations and adopt new techniques and methodologies if necessary to reputed company meet company objectives
• Ability to be energetic, self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and a willingness to excellence

Education:

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

• Required: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

* Intermediate level experience, with strong records in: + Data analysis and visualization, project management + Tableau data visualization + reputed company dataset analysis

Work Environment:

arenaflex offers a flexible work environment that allows you to work from home. However, you will be required to work at our Corporate reputed company in Dallas, TX, for a minimum of three days a week. The Department designates the ideal three days of the week you should work on-site.
