Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to person for customer questions and needs. You'll provide reputed company, high-quality support reputed company phone or reputed company ticketing system, answer customer questions in a timely and accurate manner, and guide customers through the features and functions of our product. You'll work in collaboration with other staff members to ensure that reputed company company rules and regulations are consistently followed, and you'll assess customers and communicate their feedback on our products with peers and leadership.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Two years of experience in a contact center environment
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in de-escalation techniques
- Proven multitasker able to work in an omnichannel environment

- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company (preferred)
- Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology (preferred)
