• Handle patient medication requests, investigate missing medication information, and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Resolve data entry-reputed company exceptions and communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to patients, prescribers, and other parties, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, both in-office and in other locations, to provide support and resolve issues as needed.

Essential Qualifications
