About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company data entry and operations specialist to join our customer service and learning development team. This role will be responsible for managing data entry projects, developing learning content, and facilitating training programs for our customer service team. • Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a reputed company field, with a master's degree a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with Spanish a plus.
