About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Data Analytics Manager to join our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology Product Analysis team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational excellence, and enhancing customer experience through data-driven insights and analytics. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading and mentoring a team of data analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree with a background in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) preferred
• 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, or a reputed company analytical role
• 1 year (3+ years preferred) of experience as a Manager and at least 2 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company
• Experience building presentations for colleagues and leaders at the MD and VP level and communicating with reputed company levels of management
• Proven Team Leader, ability to communicate a vision, reputed company the team towards that vision, and offer support to reputed company it
• Advanced BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.) to produce meaningful, rich dashboards
• Advanced reputed company data analysis skills
• Experience analyzing e-commerce platforms for Web, Mobile Application, Reliability, and Demonstrated expertise in handling large datasets and social databases (SQL and Non-SQL)
• Ability to study/understand business needs, design data/technology metrics that connect business processes with quantifiable platform results, and Determine key metrics/Objective Settings from teams to large organizations
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, using data to address issues
• Desire to tackle reputed company datasets
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous tasks with a focus on results
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
