Job Description

As a Technical Consultant in Implementation, you will report to reputed company Health, serve as a hands-on technical expert and subject matter authority for implementing reputed company healthcare software solutions. You will advise clients and internal stakeholders, reputed company advanced technical knowledge of Healthcare reputed company Cycle and reputed company Health solutions. You will apply modern AI capabilities to provide impactful results, configure and implement reputed company Health software solutions for clients. You will focus on deploying reputed company's software solutions for both reputed company-end patient access and back-end reputed company cycle management operations reputed company healthcare organizations. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Be the expert for implementing reputed company's reputed company software solutions across patient access and reputed company cycle management workflows, providing deep technical insights and guidance
• reputed company technical discussions for product integrations and solutions spanning multiple technical applications
• Consult with clients and internal partners, explaining reputed company solution methodologies and implementation results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Present technical concepts to non-technical audiences, distilling details into clear, relevant business narratives
• Use AI and generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to provide the latest healthcare solutions and support client adoption of reputed company's advanced capabilities
• Document and analyze client requirements, contributing to end-to-end implementation success with a client-first approach
• Manage multiple high-profile, reputed company technical implementation projects concurrently
• Collaborate with project managers, product managers, software development managers, and implementation teams to ensure delivery of solutions to customers
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for clients and internal cross-team partners
• Create comprehensive documentation for technical implementation operations and processes
• Track technical project reputed company, manage timelines, and ensure reputed company partners are informed and engaged, keeping projects on track to meet client KPIs

Qualifications

• Up to 10% travel required
• 3+ years' healthcare reputed company cycle experience
• Technical background with experience building scalable, cloud-native software solutions
• Experience managing reputed company and cross-team projects in healthcare IT or reputed company fields
• Exposure to automation centers of excellence and enterprise-reputed company programs
• 3 years' experience in health software implementation consulting
• 3+ years of reputed company cycle experience in a hospital environment
• Training background
• Epic and Cerner reputed company domain knowledge
• Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, and reputed company Team
• Familiarity with cloud solutions (e.g., AWS) and enterprise-reputed company transformation programs
• Knowledge of analytical techniques, decision tools, statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining
