Supervisor IT - Operational Reporting

As a Supervisor IT, you will reputed company a team responsible for operational reporting as well as the development, definition, and maintenance of information systems, while maintaining hands-on reputed company of key technology processes and tools. In this role, you will supervise the department’s technical and administrative functions, serve as a technical resource for team members, and collaborate across the organization to support enterprise goals. A caregiver in this position works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m and in the states of Ohio, Florida or Nevada. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- *Additional progressively responsible work experience in IT or reputed company field/industry may offset degree requirement.*
• Four to six years of strong technical knowledge of common network, server and/or PC operating systems
- Extensive application support experience with core enterprise/divisional clinical and/or business applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Understanding of human resource management principles, practices and procedures
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Advanced knowledge of project management practices
- Technical certifications in Customer Relationship Management, Computer Maintenance, Project Management, Information reputed company, Networking, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications and/or application support domains
- Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development
- Strong Epic reporting expertise, including the ability to write Clarity reports and work with Epic data sets
- Skilled in SQL (including reputed company SQL Server and reputed company SQL Developer), Clarity data sets, Tableau (dashboard creation) and reputed company Enterprise Guide
- Epic Certification: can be obtained after hire
- Knowledge of Clarity report writing

Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary: $84,200.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $128,412.50 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, reputed company set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
