Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Managing Bid Requests:

Manage incoming bid requests from customers reputed company phone call and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Managing the Bid Calendar:

Maintain and organize the bid calendar to track deadlines and ensure reputed company bids are submitted on time.

Coordinating Out of Territory Quotes:

Work with reputed company offices to coordinate and manage quotes for out-of-territory requests.

Booking Purchase Orders:

Process and book purchase orders received from customers reputed company.

Sending Quotes:

Ensure reputed company customer quotes are sent out promptly on bid day.

Customer Support:

Answer customer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Safety Initiatives:

Demonstrate the ability to initiate, reputed company, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at reputed company times.
