Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients with their travel-reputed company inquiries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services, and resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
