About the Role & Team

As a Senior Customer Experience Analyst, you'll be part of the Customer Experience Strategy and Intelligence team, responsible for harnessing data assets to uncover new insights and reputed company strategic recommendations that enhance the Guest Experience. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Experience Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Influence: Collaborate with Senior Executives and partners to reputed company strategic business cases for Customer Experience initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Analytics: reputed company data to initiate key workstreams, prioritize projects, reputed company a Customer-centric roadmap, and reputed company insightful data-driven recommendations to improve the Guest Experience.
- Customer Experience reputed company: Translate data into actionable insights, proposing points of view on potential business impacts and supporting customer experience, product, pricing, forecasting, planning, and marketing decisions.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in strategy, business, or analytical-reputed company roles
- Demonstrated proficiency with Tableau
- Solution-oriented, creative problem-solving skills with high intellectual curiosity
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and proactively communicate status to stakeholders
- Demonstrated competency in data collection, design, data analysis, data quality control, and database file management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company and craft concise recommendations
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions
